純垃圾 避雷這家 我的一個購物手提袋子我拿進去了 被不懂是不是清理人員弄丟了 我還在袋口有標記 一個卡通人偶 袋子裡面還有我的眼鏡盒和眼鏡 還有我在雪梨購物的收據後面方便我退稅用的收據 酒店一直在説空話沒有能得到合理的解決方案 一直在狡辯説沒有丟沒有丟 難道袋子憑空消失在你們酒店了？？？原本開開心心的旅遊 就是因為這件事情搞的整個旅遊過程變得不開心 避雷避雷 酒店一點都不負責 誰進去就可以把誰的東西任意丟掉 酒店處理方案噁心 不會去協商賠償啥的 還是我在墨爾本我現在就報警了 以後誰入住誰倒黴 酒店快點倒閉滾吧 **** 我朋友送我的禮物直接給我丟了？？？我都不説丟袋子了 裡面有東西還亂丟 還死不承認 在那裡説空話 祝早日倒閉

酒店的地理位置算是方便的，走10分鐘就能到購物的地方，然後中國城也不算太遠，比較適合帶小孩，因為有親子房，兩房一廳的格局還是不錯的，房間在左右兩邊中間是客廳，這樣也互不影響！這個房型都是帶早餐的，所以不需要訂額外有早餐的房間

The room was very clean and quiet, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, one major disappointment was the “city view” — despite purchasing a city view room, there was no actual city view, which was quite disappointing at first. That said, the outstanding service made up for it overall. The pillow selection in the room was very limited and the pillows themselves were quite small and uncomfortable — they didn’t really feel like proper pillows, which was also disappointing. Additionally, the desk lamp was not working properly and kept flashing, and the room lighting setup was inconvenient; there was no option to select which areas to light up, so the room often felt too bright. The room service menu offered very limited food choices, so we ended up going out for both dinner and breakfast. Lastly, the shower head switch was extremely tight and difficult to turn, which needs improvement.
